Announced back at The Game Awards, Immortals of Aveum is an upcoming single-player first-person magic shooter from EA and Ascendant Studios. The game has gained some traction ever since its reveal despite no information but the teaser trailer being shown during The Game Awards.
Although the trailer is pre-rendered CGI, it gives the audience an idea of what to expect. Immortals of Aveum is a unique game and has the potential to be one of the greats if executed right. Not many in the industry are working on a magic-based first-person shooter game. It could either be great, or it could be the next Forspoken. The game is built on Unreal Engine 5.
