Weird cameos are par for the course for Rockstar. Vice City is perhaps the best example of this. The older GTA game had cameos from Burt Reynolds and Dennis Hopper, among others. In recent years, Rockstar also brought in Dr. Dre, DJ Pooh, and Jimmy Iovine. The aforementioned celebrities appeared in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the game's Cayo Perico Heist update.

Fast forward to today and Dr. Dre has been linked to a Grand Theft Auto game again. The only problem? We just don't know which one.

Dr. Dre Is Working On New Grand Theft Auto Music

According to Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre is making new music right now. He then added that some of it is "connected to the game that's coming out", referring to Grand Theft Auto. What's weird is that Snoop Dogg didn't clarify his statement. Which game is the iconic rapper talking about? Is it Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition? Or is it the next-gen version of GTA V? What about the standalone release of GTA Online? Perhaps it is for the long-rumored GTA VI?
