Disney's popular streaming platforms, Disney+ and Hulu, are set to undergo significant changes soon.

According to the company's latest earnings call, Disney+ and Hulu will combine into a "one-app experience" in late 2023. Disney CEO, Bob Iger, revealed that the move is a "logical progression" and will help Disney "provide greater opportunities for advertisers, while giving bundle subscribers access to more robust and streamlined content."

Unfortunately, in the same earnings call, Iger confirmed that this strategy involves purging plenty of content from Disney+ and this is where fans are worried.

This upcoming move is a game-changer as it promises to create a single platform with an even broader range of content. As a sequel, certain shows and films will disappear, locked away into the infamous Disney vault forever.

Subscribers are worried about these changes. While some express excitement about the possibility of accessing a wider variety of content in a single place, others are worried about losing their fave shows and movies.
