Diablo 4 has been the subject of many leaks and rumors that are now starting to come to fruition courtesy of some official Diablo 4 details shared at The Game Awards 2022. Blizzard revealed that the game will be released on June 6, 2023, which corroborates the previous leaks.
During The Game Awards, following Halsey's powerful performance of the song 'Lilith,' Blizzard shared a cinematic trailer showing all Diablo 4's new enemies, as well as the game's main antagonist who bears the same name as the song Lilith. We get to see the game's release date at the end of the cinematic trailer.
Diablo 4 features a brand new open world for players to explore and loot. Diablo 4 tones it down when it comes to the vibrant colors of Diablo 3 to give a darker, more sinister feeling that is in line with the older Diablo titles that fans of the series were previously enthralled by.
According to the team at Blizzard, the game has the fluidity of Diablo 3, but the grisly and spine-chilling aesthetics of the previous Diablo titles.
