Devs share new details about six ultra-rare items in Diablo 4

Blizzard didn't share the items' drop rates but said they can drop in place of any other unique in the game and the best way to farm is to do content that drops the most number of uniques per hour. So far, running dungeons like Iron Hold or Champion's Demise are the best places to look for high-level uniques.

"Whenever you get a Unique there is a chance for that Unique to instead be one of these," Jackson tweeted. "Therefore, the best way to farm these is to do content that gives you the most Uniques per x period of time."

The devs also confirmed that these items have an item power of 820. This is good news as these items will never have a bad roll when they drop.

Many players have reacted negatively to the information shared by devs. Many lament the rarity of these items as millions of players have logged countless hours in the game and two items have reportedly dropped so far.

Others support having ultra-rare items in-game. A lot of Diablo players enjoy grinding for gear and having super hard-to-find items help keep gamers engaged and hunting for loot.

However, Blizzard could make grinding for these items feel a bit better by adjusting the drop rates a little bit. The items should still be extremely hard to find but not feel impossible. If the devs make the items drop once every few hours then it would feel much more attainable.

For now, the information that these items drop at level 85 should motivate a lot of players. Many have been struggling to get to World Tier 4 because of the sheer amount of time needed to level up. Hopefully, the devs would stop nerfing all our loot caves and start making the grind a bit more interesting. Or maybe the player base will find more of these rare itemsin the rumored Cow Level.
