The DC Universe is revving up for a grand comeback. Naturally, at the heart of this revival is none other than the boyscout himself, Superman, and his upcoming solo film, Superman: Legacy.

With David Corenswet wearing the cape as Clark Kent, things are already looking up for DC. Remember when Corenswet said in 2019 he'd love to see an optimistic Superman flick? Well, it seems like he's manifesting his own dreams.

Celebrity trainer Paolo Mascitti recently dropped a gym photo of Corenswet with the caption "THE LEGACY," and boy, does he look jacked! He's clearly pulling out all the stops to fill the Kryptonian's boots, or, should we say, cape? The pressure's on, especially with Henry Cavill having set the bar sky-high with his hulking Superman physique, but from the looks of it, Corenswet is up to the challenge.

Superman: Legacy has been advertised as the torchbearer of James Gunn and Peter Safran's new DC slate. Following a younger Superman, the film will explore his journey to balance his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing. Playing alongside Corenswet will be Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, a role that was challenging to cast due to Amy Adams' exceptional portrayal in the DCEU films.
