Cyberpunk 2077 has had quite the turnaround. After spending two years post-launch becoming the laughing stock of the internet, CD Projekt RED's efforts have bore fruit. These days, Cyberpunk 2077 is making up a quarter of CD Projekt RED's lifetime sales figure. What's more is that its one and only premium expansion, Phantom Liberty, is selling well. But, this isn't all the Polish studio has lined up for Cyberpunk 2077.

Now that both the 2.0 update and Phantom Liberty are out on the market already, it appears CDPR is looking to release a physical bundle containing both.

As spotted by the good folks over at Reddit, the European video game rating system, PEGI, has revealed CDPR plans to release a next-gen exclusive bundle for Cyberpunk 2077 under a new name, Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition. We can only presume that this includes both the base game and expansion.

Physical re-releases of video games after all of the updates and expansions have finished launching aren't uncommon. Case in point, Guerilla Games and PlayStation Studios recently released Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition, a two-disc bundle that comes with both the base game and the controversial DLC, Burning Shores, for the PlayStation 5.
