Star Wars: Ahsokais coming to Disney+ next month and fans wonder what timeline the series will take place. Many assume the upcoming TV series will take place after the events of Star Wars Rebels, but one of the show's cast has confirmed its timeline is closer to another Disney+ series.
Natasha Liu Bordizzo, who plays Mandalorian warrior Sabine Wren, confirmed Ahsoka will have a concurrent timeline with The Mandalorian. Several other TV shows also run on a parallel timeline.
"I think it's hard not to feel part of something bigger," Bordizzo said in an interview with Games Radar. Ahsoka runs along the same timeline as The Mandalorian Season 3, and the shows are all connected. There's just so many parallels."
We assumed that this will be the case as Ahsoka, The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and Skeleton Crew are building up to the upcoming Mandalorian movie directed by Dave Filoni. The film will serve as a climactic conclusion for the Disney+ Star Wars shows. Bordizzo also shared that she hopes to be part of The Mandalorian movie.
