Can you get all the Altars of Lilith in Diablo 4 in a one go?

The user meticulously charted the course and even highlighted the paths where the player needs to veer away from the main route to get to remote altars. One thing we absolutely must mention though: try to take the journey of finding all the altars only after getting your mount! It will take much longer to hit all 160 altars on foot. We took the journey only after unlocking our mount, which is possible only after completing Act III of the story.

When you start on Act IV, you'll be back in Kyovashad on the Master's Touch quest. Simply do that and then the "Mount: Donan's Favor" quest will become available. Just speak to the Stable Master in Kyovashad to get it.
