Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is all go and it's come with its fair share of controversies, as per usual. Case in point, fans are complaining about the PlayStation-exclusive content and the odd, region-locked Burger Town skin. But, while these all feel like nitpicking by fans, there's one issue about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 that we shouldn't ignore.
Apparently, the Modern Warfare 2 launch was less than ideal. To make matters worse, many players reported crashing while playing both the multiple and campaign modes as well as getting banned after for no reason.
It's worth noting that this is an issue that players reported during the early access period of Modern Warfare 2. At the time, players blamed it on an overzealous RICOCHET anti-cheat software. Now, it appears that Activision Blizzard ignored the previous reports.
Players are reporting the strange reasons why Modern Warfare 2 is banning them, such as by simply verifying the game files on Steam in an attempt to fix the crashing.
