It's odd that we haven't gotten our first look at the DCEU's Blue Beetle yet. The film, which premieres in August, has flown under the radar since the movie's first poster was revealed several months ago.
Fortunately for fans, George Lopez has broken the radio silence to give an update about the movie. The actor teased that the release of the film's first trailer is imminent.
In a new Instagram post, Lopez posted a photo of himself alongside Blue Beetle co-stars Harvey Guillen, Xolo Maridueña, and Angel Manuel Soto. The actor reveals in the post that a "trailer [is] coming soon."
"'THE BEETLES'," Lopez captioned the post. "SO EXCITED FOR THIS ONE!! TRAILER COMING SOON AND YOU'RE GONNA LOVE IT!! STAY TUNED"
Insider Big Screen Leaks corroborates that the release of Blue Beetle's first trailer is imminent. According to the said insider, fans can expect the first teaser for the movie "within the next month."
