Players were excited about Diablo 4's early access beta weekend a few days ago. However, the excitement has turned to frustration as many found themselves waiting for several hours just to try out the game. The developers are on the case.

Blizzard is aware of the issue and has assured players that it is actively working on a fix. The developer promised to address the numerous disconnection issues and reduce the long queue times for the public beta. All of this has brought back memories of Diablo 3's infamous "Error 37".

Blizzard's community manager PezRadar thanked players for the "overwhelming response to the Early Access beta weekend" on the game's official forums. The developer also said that the team is "tracking and actively working on" issues such as players being unable to join parties, rubberbanding when transitioning between zones, and high RAM and GPU usage for select hardware.

The team is also aware of an issue where "players that are dropped from a game receive an error that their party does not exist [...] While the team tackles these specific items and more, we are also managing the flow of players in-game via our queue," Blizzard's community manager said.
