Blizzard Reveals Diablo 4 Season 3 Name and Release Date

It's designed as a robust and integral part of the player's strategy, becoming particularly powerful in the late game.

Another significant change in Season 3 is the alteration of Helltide events. These events, integral to Diablo 4's endgame, will now be active continuously, with short breaks for reset, ensuring players have more opportunities to participate. It's this change, along with the addition of an extra stash tab and WASD controls for PC players, that's been welcomed as it addresses some of the quality-of-life concerns raised by the community.

Finally, Season 3 introduces new dungeon types, the Vaults. These dungeons are laden with elaborate traps and hazards, challenging players with a mechanic that rewards avoiding damage. Successfully navigating these traps without taking damage results in better loot at the end of the dungeon. The main boss of these Vaults is a stationary construct that requires players to dodge traps while engaging in combat.
