Backbone One is finally getting an Android version of the popular DualSense-inspired gaming controller.
The original Backbone One, which was initially introduced last July exclusively for iOS devices, copies the exact aesthetic of the popular DualSense controller for the PlayStation 5. The Android version does the same thing as the iOS version does for $99.
Borrowing the DualSense design, the officially licensed controller sports the PlayStation's hallmark cross, circle, square, and triangle buttons, along with a white grip that matches the look of the new flagship controller.
The Android version, like the iOS counterpart, even has a PlayStation at the back to complete the look.
But, the Backbone One is more than just a DualSense look-alike. Aside from its striking appearance, the Backbone One also supports the Backbone app. This central hub for mobile games and cloud gaming resembles the PlayStation interface and it makes users feel like they're gaming on a PS5 even though they're using an Android or iOS device.
