If it feels like there's a new Marvel game announced almost every month, it's because it's true. Mostly due to the overwhelming success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, nearly every studio wants a piece of the Marvel pie. Now, it's Amy Hennig, the former creative director of the Uncharted series, who's going to helm a new Marvel game.
When is Hennig's new Marvel game going to release?
When it comes to video games, very few have the same resume as Amy Hennig. While she was with Naughty Dogs, Hennig worked primarily on the Jak and Daxter franchise, as well as the Uncharted series. Previously, she served as the director, producer, and writer of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver while at Crystal Dynamics. She also wrote and directed Soul Reaver 2, as well as Legacy of Kain: Defiance.
Hennig is currently the president of a division of Skydance Media, Skydance New Media. She's also credited as the writer for Square Enix's upcoming RPG title, Forspoken.
