343 Industries is quickly finding out that there's more to releasing live-service games than it realized. After being met by welcoming arms with Halo Infinite's launch last year, 343 has struggled to keep up with player expectations. 343 has already delayed the co-op mode for Halo Infinite and that's not all. But, in a recent Halo Waypoint blog post, 343 had some good news to share with fans.

According to the Season 1 Outcomes Report, "Jeff Steitzer's voice is returning to call out player-earned medals," when Season 2 of Big Team Battle in Halo Infinite returns.

Halo Infinite is currently in the middle of its first season, Heroes of Reach. At five months and going, it's easily one of the longest seasons in a live-service game in recent memory. The arrival of the second season should bring in much-needed fresh content for Halo Infinite, which has been suffering from player loss for months.

343 To Bring Back Jeff Steitzer For Halo Infinite Season 2

For most fans, a Halo game isn't the same if Jeff is not the one calling out player-earned medals. Thankfully, 343 confirmed last year that the fan-favorite announcer will return for Halo Infinite. Also, players have a reason to celebrate as the voice actor will continue lending his talents to Big Team Battle, a notable exclusion since his voice is already featured in the Arena game modes.
