This is what happened with Hot Wheels Unleashed - Game of the Year Edition.

Xbox confirmed Hot Wheels Unleashed - Game of the Year Edition as part of the 11 titles headed to the Game Pass in the first half of this month. Specifically, the upgraded version of last year's arcade racing sim, which comes with three Season Passes and more, was meant to arrive on December 15. Instead, it was recently announced that "Hot Wheels Unleashed - Game of the Year Edition is no longer coming on December 15, 2022 as previously announced."
