Jey Uso is coming back to Friday Night SmackDown on October 6 ahead of his confirmed appearance at WWE Fastlane just a day later. But, he won't be alone in confronting The Judgment Day. He'll tag along with Cody Rhodes in his return to his former home after the two landed themselves a shot at the Undisputed Tag Team Championships following a wild start to the October 2 Monday Night RAW episode

Monday Night RAW opened with an all-female brawl, involving none other than the incumbent champion, Rhea Ripley. In the next segment, The Eradicator warned Dominik Mysterio that he only has one more shot at getting back to her good graces. Of course, Jey Uso had to come out and get Ucey with Rhipley, which obviously didn't go so well with The Judgment Day. As the RAW's imminent faction ganged up on Main Event Jey, Cody Rhodes swooped in to save the day.

Afterwards, the WWE booked Rhodes Chodes and Jey Uso against Finn Balor and Damian Priest in Indianapolis.

But, that wasn't the scuffle wasn't the end of the kerfuffle. In an interview later on RAW, Rhodes proclaimed that he and Jey will follow The Judgement Day all the way to SmackDown. This marks Jey's first appearance on the blue brand since he "quit" in August. In the same interview, The American Nightmare promised that he and Jey would go home with the gold.
