Every so often, a wrestling star catches the crowd's attention with a unique blend of charisma, skill, and quotability. A good and very recent example of a rising luminary is LA Knight, who is apparently making fans in the stands and backstage.
This week, LA Knight's fans were treated to a pleasant surprise. A new official WWEShop shirt for Knight hit the market, now available in two color variants - classic black and vibrant yellow. The shirt's design, sporting the "YEAH" catchphrase, represents a clever nod to Knight's magnetic personality.
LA Knight, during an appearance on "The Bump," divulged that the origins of the "Yeah" catchphrase trace back to his initial days at the WWE Performance Center. Knight noted that he inadvertently began the trend of responding with a simple Yeah that quickly caught on with his peers. Today, that humble utterance has grown into a popular rallying cry among fans.

Knight's journey in the WWE has been anything but linear, however. After an unsuccessful first stint, he left the company in an attempt to seek greener pastures only to return in 2021. This time, he arrived equipped with valuable experiences and championship victories from his tenure with Impact Wrestling and the National Wrestling Alliance. He reintroduced himself to WWE fans last spring under the fleeting Max Dupri gimmick. Following Triple H's ascendancy to WWE's Chief Content Officer, Knight reassumed the character he'd previously portrayed on "WWE NXT."
