Timothée Chalamet has received several accolades throughout his career to date, as a younger actor. He's got two Golden Globe Awards and an Academy Award, among numerous other awards and nominations. Now, Chalamaet is set to portray a younger Willy Wonka in the prequel to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Wonka.
There's not much known about the film at the moment outside of its March 17, 2023 premiere date, but Chalamet delighted fans by sharing an image of himself in character on Twitter.

It wasn't too long ago that Warner Bros. confirmed that production on the film had already begun. At the same time, the studio announced the cast members of the film.
