Now that Spider-Man: No Way Home has officially linked Tom Hardy's Venom films (and the rest of Sony's Spider-Man movies) with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it was only a matter of time before we got news about another potential crossover. This time around, some reports suggest that Venom 3 will see the titular anti-hero take on a Spider-Man from outside his universe.
What can fans expect to see in Venom 3?
Venom: Let There Be Carnage premiered earlier this year to mixed reviews. But, even before it was released, Tom Hardy confirmed that a third movie was coming on the condition that the second film does well. This is exactly what happened after Venom 2 grossed over $500 million at the global box office. What's more, if this isn't enough proof, Amy Pascal went ahead and confirmed that Venom 3 was already in the works earlier this December.
