Riot Games' free-to-player hero shooter, VALORANT, has been a huge success so far. Riot's continued and constant support for the game, as well as commitment to make it better, is clear. The company has added more characters and features to VALORANT. However, as popular as the game is right now, VALORANT still has room to grow.
One way that Riot is thinking of making VALORANT even more popular is the addition of a battle royale mode.
While Riot has not officially confirmed that a VALORANT battle royale mode is in the works, a credible leaker claims to have seen it being spotted in China.
Is Valorant Battle Royale Mode Coming Soon?
It's no secret that Tencent owns Riot. While Riot retains complete autonomy over its day-to-day operations, it is incentivized to test out new features and releases in China first. This is why a lot of leaks that eventually come to VALORANT and other Riot games in the west are from China. This one is no exception.
