Crossovers are nice and all on the big screen, but wrestling fans prefer their brands to stay exclusive and have a “rivalry” of sorts. Thus, when Triple H announced this year’s WWE draft, many couldn’t contain their excitement for what’s potentially coming.
According to the WWE’s Chief Content Officer, the next WWE Draft will take place within the next few weeks, saying that it will be “bigger than ever” and every Superstar is part of it. This means that everyone, including Superstars from the WWE, NXT, and RAW, could take part.
This isn’t confirmed as of yet but the way that Triple H said about how the 2023 Draft is game-changing implies that no one is safe.
And, rightfully so. As we’ve mentioned, it’s nice to see talent crossing over regularly but it becomes difficult to keep track of who’s who when everyone’s appearing everywhere all of the time.
Now that Triple H will oversee his first official WWE Draft, most hope that the WWE will enforce a proper bland split after as well.
If nothing else, Triple H deserves the chance to see what would happen if both RAW and SmackDown had different rosters and only interacted every now and then.
Of course, that’s if Triple H is still in charge. The most recent rumors suggest that Vince McMahon has billionaire-walked his way back into the WWE and he can now veto any booking decision Triple H makes if and when he feels like it.
