HBO's The Last of Us live-action adaptation was as faithful as an adaptation can be, but it also made several changes to the original game, often to its benefit. While audiences didn't always agree with the creative directions taken by the show, the end result was a masterpiece. However, most hoped that Neil Druckmann and Craig Mazin would risk tweaking a pivotal scene in the second season that has haunted many The Last of Us fans since 2020.
Unfortunately, it appears that The Last of Us Season 2 will follow the game's events just as closely as the first season.
According @DanielRPK, Pedro Pascal, has officially wrapped up filming scenes for The Last of UsSeason 2.
It's normal for actors to finish working ahead of their colleagues, even if they're one of its biggest stars. The best-case scenario is HBO prioritized his scenes so he can whisk off to other commitments. Pascal has an even busier schedule now that he's joined the MCU. But what if Miller's scenes were shot first because they happen early on?
