The Fallout 4 perk chart is as impressive as it is downright confusing.
If you, like any other beginner, feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of perks available for you to choose in Bethesda's post-apocalyptic epic, then don't worry, because you're not alone.
Scroll down below if you want to learn more about the best perks in Fallout 4.
1. Idiot Savant
Regardless of how you want to play Fallout 4, Idiot Savant is one of the few perks that we feel that you should always get.
Basically, as a perk, what Idiot Savant does is reward your player for being as dumb as possible by randomly giving you XP bonuses.
Many players have taken advantage of this by saving just before completing a quest and repeatedly loading from that save until the perk activates to get as much free XP as possible.
In a way, this is cheating. However, no matter how you look at it, it makes Idiot Savant a must-have perk. 2. Strong Back Being over-encumbered and useless is one of the worst things that could ever happen to you in Fallout 4.
