For this very reason, some of the very best cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077 isn't available until you're almost done with the game, or you're at the very final mission already. Because of this, we're disregarding cyberware that you won't really be able to make use of for much of your gameplay.

Viktor, the first Ripperdoc you'll encounter, who's found in the Watson district, will make the Gorilla Arms cyberware available to you very early on in the game. However, if you want to get your hands on the best version of this cyberware, you'll need to up your Street Cred to at least 45 so that the Ripperdoc shop located at the west end of the City Center will sell it to you.

Personally, we like the Gorilla Arms better than the Mantis Blades because they're much more scalable and have better functionality. Second Heart You might not become immortal, but having two lives isn't half-bad.

Players on their second or third playthrough likely won't be playing on anything less than "Very High" difficulty.

If that's true for you, then you really need to get your hands on the Second Heart cyberware as soon as possible.

What this cyberware does is restore your health to 100% as soon as it drops to 0%, and it has a relatively short cooldown of 2 minutes. Although 42,000 eddies is a steep price to pay and you'll need to have at least 16 points on your Body attribute to use it, it's one of the best Cyberpunk 2077 cyberwares to have.

You can buy Second Heart from that Ripperdoc located somewhere on the western part of the Heywood district.

Faster reflexes are essential to surviving in Cyberpunk 2077, and no cyberware augments your reflexes better than the Kerenzikov.

What this cyberware does is lets you slow down time by as much as 90% for as long as 3.5 seconds whenever you're attacking, blocking, or aiming.

If you're the sort to go in guns blazing, having the Kerenzikov is a non-negotiable.

You can purchase it from the Ripperdoc in Santa Domingo. However, to use it, you'll need to have put at least 18 points into your Reflexes attribute.

A Legendary version of the Kerenzikov cyberware is also available for 35,000 eddies.

For players who want to traverse Night City, as well as the surrounding Badlands, faster, they can choose between Fortified Ankles (Charge Jump) and Reinforced Tendons (Double Jump).

Personally, we prefer the former.

The thing is, while the Double Jump ability sounds good in theory, it's not nearly as useful. Not to mention, it doesn't really let you jump as high as Charge Jump, with the only real advantage being that you don't have to charge and gather before you can jump.

On the other hand, while there is a slight delay to being able to use the Charge Jump, you'll be able to jump much faster and higher.

The higher jump arc will come in more handy than you'd think, especially if you're playing through Cyberpunk 2077 as someone who prefers to get up close and personal in combat. It obviously helps if you intend to traverse Night City parkour style too! Heal-On-Kill Be the best "one-man army" that you can be with this Cyberpunk 2077 cyberware.

Do you want your V to have no regard for human life, regardless of whether it's their own or of others? Well, look no further!

Once installed in your brain, this cyberware will let you restore 10% of your health every time V kills an enemy.

This cyberware essentially gives you the green light to clear out literally every enemy that you see. It's the closest that you can get to being invincible in Cyberpunk 2077.

Of course, with great power comes great requirements, and to get the Legendary version of Heal-On-Kill, you'll need to have 35,000 eddies on you and a Reflex rating of at least 18. Smart Link The sooner that you can get your hands on the Legendary version of Smart Link, the better.

The Smart Link cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077 is powerful only because of how it opens you up to a whole new world of cyberware.

With Smart Link installed, you'll be able to use all the Smart Weapons that you can pick-up or buy in the game.

Just in case you're not really sold on Smart Weapons, it'll only take at least one try for you to be a believer. After all, it's hard not to feel impressed with a weapon that can kill enemies instantly without the need for aiming.

You can get the Smart Link cyberware for 9,000 eddies and need a Street Cred of at least level 14. Projectile Launch System Turn your arm into a literal canon with this cyberware.

The Projectile Launch System is a literal handful, both in terms of its name and power.

This cyberware is arguably the most powerful attachment in Cyberpunk 2077. It basically transforms your arm into a missile launcher. This will allow you to deliver tremendous amounts of damage from a distance.

The Projectile Launch System is readily available in various Ripperdocs scattered throughout Night City. However, to use it, you'll need to have the Smart Link cyberware installed first. Pain Editor Despite the abundance of healing items and regeneration abilities in Cyberpunk 2077, there's still a lot of benefits to be had for a cyberware that dampens incoming damage.

Just as the name suggests, the Pain Editor cyberware edits all the damage you take and lowers it considerably.

To get your hands on the Pain Editor, which is a Legendary cyberware, you'll need to find the Ripperdoc that's named Fingers first.

You can find him in Japantown, close to the Cherry Blossom Market. It's actually worth looking for him even if you don't like this cyberware. Fingers also sell other types of unique and powerful cyberware too.

To equip the Pain Editor cyberware, players will need to have a Cool stat of at least 16.

Also, beware, because the Pain Editor cyberware might be made unavailable for you permanently based on the choices that you made earlier on in the game during a particular quest that will take you to Fingers' building (the one with the "Fingers MD" sign out front).
