The global box office take and critical reception of Madame Web might have killed any chances for a sequel but it could pave the way for Sweeney to crossover to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

As a matter of fact, Sweeney herself wants this to happen, confirming her interest in a potential role in a future Spider-Man film alongside Zendaya.
