Scopely and Hasbro have merged the realms of Dungeons & Dragons with the chaotic universe of Stumble Guys. We’re a bit surprised that a major IP like D&D paired with what many (with reason) consider a knock-off of Fall Guys rather than the original Fall Guys itself, but here we are.
This marks the third crossover between the two brands, with previous events showcasing Hasbro’s Nerf and Monopoly IPs. With Stumble Guys x Dungeons & Dragons, the limited time event celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Dungeons & Dragons tabletop roleplaying game. During the event, Stumble Guys players can take part in an interesting blend of high fantasy and comedic mayhem.
Stumble Guys, originally developed by Kitka Games in 2021 and later acquired and expanded by Scopely, has become a popular battle royale party game. While it is ostensibly influenced by the massively popular Fall Guys, Stumble Guys has carved its own niche in the sub-genre.

In this new Stumble Guys update (Patch 0.68), players will find themselves venturing into the world of Dungeons & Dragons, reimagined within the Stumbleverse. They can select from four distinct classes: Fighter, Rogue, Cleric, and Wizard, each equipped with unique abilities tailored for navigating the treacherous terrain of the game’s new courses.
In Stumble Guys, each of these D&D collaboration classes will have unique abilities. The Fighter can swing a magical ax to break stuff and knock down other players. The Rogue has a boosted jump to avoid enemies and find new routes. Clerics can use the Holy Shield ability to become immune to hazards for a brief period. Finally, the Wizard can teleport to a location directly ahead, which can get them around faster or through obstacles.
These classes are, of course, inspired by the traditional character classes that D&D players can choose from during creation. Although the original 1974 Dungeons & Dragons created by Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson only had three classes (Fighting Man, Cleric, and Magic-User), it would later include the Thief, the Monk, the Ranger, the Druid, the Barbarian, the Illusionist, and the Bard.
As D&D was later revised and new editions came about, the game would retain the classic Fighter, Rogue, Cleric, and Wizard classes as the default basic options, with the additional classes rounding out the pool, further deepened with multiclassing.
Aside from the character classes, is a level based on iconic Dungeons & Dragons settings awaiting exploration, inviting Stumble Guys players to conquer the challenges, navigating the terrain, and facing legendary monsters. The map “Stumbles & Dragons” will have Lava, traps, Kobolds, Dragons, Giants, and Beholders and is designed for 32 players.
Other features included in the Stumble Guys x Dungeons & Dragons crossover are a plethora of customization options, including new skins, emotes, footsteps, and victory dances, allowing players to personalize their characters and enhance their gaming experience.
The collaboration also introduces limited-time collection events, special events, tournament seasons, and daily missions with corresponding rewards, ensuring there’s always something related to D&D to discover in the Stumble Guys universe as part of the limited time event.
This collaboration adds to the growing list of Scopely’s expansion of the Stumble Guys universe and providing players with innovative and engaging content. Previous collaborations with popular IPs such as Masters of the Universe, Hot Wheels, Barbie, Rabbids, and Nerf added fun options while ticking that nostalgia box and appeal to players both old and new.
For fans of Dungeons & Dragons and Stumble Guys alike, this new crossover offers a welcome opportunity to embark on epic adventures, test their skills in new challenges, and immerse themselves in a world where fantasy meets chaos while celebrating the legacy of the 50-year old TTRPG.
Will you join the quest and conquer the Stumbleverse while grabbing neat Dungeons & Dragons swag? The Stumble Guys x Dungeons & Dragons event will run from March 28 until April 11, 2024.
