Many players have reported losing their bonus content, particularly the Hermit set that comes with the Deluxe edition, allowing players to dress up as Obi-Wan Kenobi.
A user named Tae17Yonh took to Reddit to share their experience of losing their bonus content in-game. The items were initially present but disappeared upon logging back in for a second time. The user tried various methods to fix the issue, including restarting the game, scanning and repairing, and restarting their PC – all to no avail.
Interestingly, Tae17Yonh updated their post, mentioning that the items reappeared the next morning but disappeared again shortly after. Many players resonated with this experience, and it seems this issue is not only limited to PC players but also affects console players, except perhaps PS5 players, as no reports have emerged from them.
Predominantly, PC and Xbox players are encountering this issue, and it's not exclusive to those using the EA launcher – Steam players are affected too. One Steam player reported the problem on the official EA forums, prompting a response from an EA community manager, who assured that the team is aware of the reports and investigating.
