Voice actress “confirms” She-Hulk is coming to Marvel’s Avengers

Marvel's Avengers is apparently getting a new radiation-filled and angry superhero in She-Hulk for its next DLC.

It appears that Marvel’s Avengers will continue to live on in 2022. More than a year after Crystal Dynamics’ live-service game has been released, the studio insists on releasing more content for the few players that continue to support the game. This time around, the most recent rumors suggest that the next DLC superhero to hit Marvel’s Avengers is none other than She-Hulk.

Is She-Hulk coming to Marvel’s Avengers?

We're curious to find out how She-Hulk will be different from Hulk in Marvel's Avengers if the rumors of her arrival are true.

Marvel’s Avengers has been anything but a smashing success (haha). The universally panned game had so much promise at the start and for the most part, it did deliver. In an earlier article, we talked about how the game suffered tremendously from its live-service model.

To date, Crystal Dynamics continues to use it to introduce more content to the game, insisting on using its multiplayer mode to try and get players to cash in, much to the chagrin of its diminishing player base.

Having said that, Crystal Dynamics does deserve credit. The studio has handled Marvel’s Avengers roadmap quite well, piggybacking off of the popularity of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and introducing superhero outfits based on the MCU counterparts of the game’s superheroes.

Now, it appears that Crystal Dynamics wants to take advantage of the upcoming She-Hulk series on Disney+.

According to a Twitter user named ‘Miller’, Krizia Bajos will play the role of Jennifer Walters, also known as She-Hulk, in Marvel’s Avengers. Although the user is a credible source of Marvel’s Avengers information, what seals the proverbial deal is the voice actress’ response. It appears that after lending her voice to Netflix’s Arcane, Bajos will play She-Hulk next after responding to the tweet with a green heart emoji.

Keep in mind that this is all just speculation. Crystal Dynamics nor Square Enix has confirmed anything.

Marvel’s Avengers is still dealing with the fall-out of the delayed and “incomplete” release of Spider-Man for the game. After finally arriving earlier this year, Square Enix still pushed through the web-head’s PlayStation exclusivity. To make matters worse, Spider-Man didn’t come with any real quests or missions. We don’t think adding another superhero that has a similar skillset to one that already exists in the game would get Crystal Dynamics in the good graces of audiences.

If we were to suggest, Crystal Dynamics would benefit from releasing characters like Doctor Strange, Shang-Chi, and even Captain Marvel, to the game. Doctor Strange is especially a good idea what with the popularity of the character (and its variant, Strange Supreme), as well as the upcoming MCU movie, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Ultimately, all anyone can do is wait for Crystal Dynamics to announce its plans for Marvel’s Avengers in 2022.
