It's official! Sacha Baron Cohen is the latest member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Recently, Marvel Studios filed a new copyright and it named Baron Cohen as one of the characters in the Ironheart series. Marvel is so tight-lipped about who he will play that in the filing the studio named his character as "Mystery Man".

Although they are unconfirmed, some rumors have emerged that Baron Cohen will play Mephisto, the MCU's equivalent of the devil. The powerful demon and villain is loosely based on the Mephistopheles character from the Faust legend. He rules over Hell and is often portrayed as a major villain against various superheroes, particularly those associated with the supernatural and mystical realms.

Among other things, the character has a penchant for making bargains and deals with mortals. In most cases, he fulfills the mortal's desires in exchange for their soul. His actions have put him at odds with several of our favorite superheroes, including Doctor Strange, Silver Surfer, Ghost Rider, and Spider-Man.

Ironheart has been delayed till 2025 and is now part of the MCU's Stage 5.

Ironheart, the namesake of the series, is an engineer and her story will likely center around her inventions more than anything else. The burning question on everybody's mind is likely about the devil's business in this high-tech world. There is no way to know for sure but there is speculation that Ironheart's nemesis, The Hood, is one of Mephisto's pawns.
