However, for GTA 6, Rockstar Games is planning on taking gamers to an international setting, or at least, part of the game will be inspired by foreign lands.
What is particularly interesting about the most recent set of GTA VI rumors is that it comes from an official Rockstar Games job listing.
When is Rockstar going to announce GTA VI?
At the moment, Rockstar is looking for a Photogrammetry Artist. The said individual will "discuss and plan possible scan locations with Art Team, both local and international." The listing doesn't specifically state what game it is for, or the setting. However, it doesn't take an expert to tell that Rockstar is thinking about an international setting for an upcoming game, which many believe is GTA VI.
