Xbox is on a roll lately - it's like it can do no wrong. In fact, everything that Xbox doing is turning more people into fans of the Xbox brand.
The latest announcement, Remote Play on PC, is a good example.
What is Remote Play?
Remote Play is one of Xbox's most beloved features. It basically lets you stream games to another device, which is pretty nifty if you think about it. However, it's been notably absent for a while, and fans have been missing it badly. Now that it is back, gamers have a reason to celebrate.
Xbox engineering lead, Eden Marie, first announced the news on Twitter.
According to Marie, the Xbox App now has Remote Play. This means that PC gamers can finally stream games from their Xbox Series S/X consoles to the PC. She also confirmed that the feature also works for older consoles. Because of this, players can now enjoy streaming their favorite games from just about any platform outside of the Nintendo Switch and the Sony PlayStation 4 and 5.
