Swedish video game company Paradox Interactive has teased a new life simulation game titled Life By You. The company revealed the game via a teaser trailer it released as part of its announcement showcase held on Tuesday, March 6.

While the trailer offered little in the way of information, there was enough to tell what kind of game it is. Paradox will offer more information about the title on Monday, 20th March. We do know the game will be developed by the company's video game development arm, Paradox Tectonic, which is headed by Rod Humble, the former Executive Vice President of EA Play.

Given the fact that Humble is also a former head of the popular life simulation video game franchise The Sims, fans are hoping that Life By You will offer some worthy competition to one of the most popular video game franchises of all time in The Sims.

Humble joined Paradox Tectonic in 2019 and he defined the studio's objective to be the development of "open, fun, beautiful games which respect the players' intelligence and enables their creativity, freedom, emotion, and sharing." Life By You will be the studio's first game to make it to the market and will provide insight into the studio's capability.
