Better Call Saul is ending with its sixth season. However, now that we've officially crossed over to the Breaking Bad timeline, it appears that things have come full circle.
According to readily available information online, the next episode of Better Call Saul will be titled "Breaking Bad." This implies that Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul are finally returning as Walter White and Jesse Pinkman, respectively. The title also mirrors when Bob Odenkirk's Saul Goodman made his debut in the AMC Original series, Breaking Bad, which was titled "Saul Goodman."
Unfortunately, we won't know until the "Breaking Bad" episode comes out on August 1. But, one thing is for sure - Walter and Jesse's appearances are a matter of if and not when.
We've known for a long time that AMC wanted to keep the involvement of both Breaking Bad leads a secret. According to Cranston, AMC went as far as to fly him and Paul in "under the darkness of night" and had them stay in a secret location. At the same time, it was AMC that broke the news with a single tweet in April.
