The ending of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever left Wakanda and Talokan in a somewhat tense alliance after Letitia Wright's Shuri let Tenoch Huerta's Namor live for another day, but not without a reminder that he shouldn't carelessly wage war and pick a fight against a fellow Vibranium powerhouse. Ever since his successful debut, fans have wondered when they'll see the Talokan ruler next and it appears that it'll be soon rather than later.

Although Marvel technically can't feature Namor in a solo film due to ownership issues similar to the Hulk, Huerta is always welcome to play him in a starring role in another Marvel film.

In an interview with ComicBook.com, Jeff Loveness, the writer for Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, revealed that Namor will be in the fifth Avengers film. Specifically, Loveness shared this when asked who he's most looking forward to in the upcoming Avengers movie. Loveness claims that he's "excited" to write Namor, which is all the confirmation that the internet needs to go into a frenzy about seeing MCU's latest anti-hero next.
