Microsoft's $1 trial for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, a longtime fan-favorite, ceased to exist earlier this year as the tech giant went back to the kitchen to cook up other marketing promotions to help grow its industry-leading subscription service.
Many expressed disappointment at the end of this trial offer. It didn't help that Microsoft raised the prices of the Game Pass just a few months later. Although the Friends & Family plan now exists in certain countries, nothing can beat paying bottom pricing to enjoy some of the best games on the market, especially at launch.
However, as spotted by the Polish video game website, XGP.pl, the dollar-store equivalent of gaming subscriptions is now back. At least, for the meantime.
Apparently, Microsoft has subtly re-introduced the fan-favorite deal, giving players another shot at snagging a one-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and/or PC Game Pass for 4 PLN, which is roughly equivalent to a dollar.
Once again, the Xbox Store is an oasis for newbies and returning users. Like before, you can walk in (or rather, click in) and walk out with a one-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscription, all for the price of a dollar.
