Eternals is one of the longest movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Before No Way Home was released a few weeks ago, Eternals was the third-longest Marvel movie with a runtime of 2 hours and 36 minutes. But, as it turns out, Eternals could have been even longer, as Marvel just revealed four scenes didn't make the final cut.
Expect to see more of Eternals on DVD and Blu-Ray
Eternals is one of the first original feature films for the MCU in a while. Instead of featuring characters from previous MCU films and movies, Eternals follows immortal beings who have lived in secret on Earth for millennia. However, after the Blip from Avengers: Endgame brings back their enemies, the Deviants, the Eternals break their silence to protect the rest of the universe. Although we're still not quite sure what to expect from the Eternals in the future, the film's post-credits scene teases a potential return in the future.
Having said that, the deleted scenes and added content from Eternals might clue viewers in for the future of these superpowered immortal beings.
