In the army's Ballad Of The Frogman, there's a saying: "Anything in life worth doing is worth overdoing. Moderation is for cowards." This particular philosophy appears to resonate with American billionaire Mark Zuckerberg.
While his prominence in the tech industry is a well-known fact, his dedication to body fitness might be something of a surprise to most people.
On the newly launched social platform, Threads, fast-food giant McDonald's shared an image with its followers, asking "y'all want anything from mcdonald's," to which Zuckerberg surprisingly replied, "20 nuggets, a quarter pounder, large fries, Oreo McFlurry, apple pie, and maybe some side cheeseburgers for later?"
That's quite a feast for anyone, but for Zuckerberg, who's actively involved in mixed martial arts training, it seems like the perfect way to indulge in a cheat day. The Meta Platforms CEO, who began his MMA training in 2020, has already picked up medals this year when he competed at a Brazilian jiu jitsu competition.
Regardless, fast foods have a negative reputation for being detrimental to any body fitness training, something that a UFC fighter like Mark Davis couldn't help but point out, saying: "You're in camp! No Mcdonalds ?"
