Logan Paul wants to win gold in boxing, WWE, and UFC

The ever-ambitious WWE Superstar wasn't afraid to try and speak his will into existence in a podcast with Israel Adesanya.

Let it not be said that Logan Paul doesn't set his goals high.

What happens if you give a 28-year-old elite athleticism, a ton of motivation, relentless drive, and one of the biggest as well as most popular individual social media platforms out there? You get Logan Paul, that’s what.

The YouTube sensation turned combat sportsman has never been afraid to aim high. For the most part, Logan and even his younger brother, Jake, have landed among the stars after shooting for the moon a couple of times. This time around, the elder Paul reaffirmed his desire to simultaneously win champions in the WWE, UFC, and in boxing. Quite the ambition, isn’t it?

Israel Adesanya, the current and two-time UFC Middleweight Champion, recently joined Logan during a recent episode of his IMPAULSIVE podcast where, among other things, Adensaya shared his thoughts about “living in a simulation with NPCs, talking to god on drugs, becoming the first PRIME athlete,” and so much more. The surprisingly insightful Adesanya was game for all of the questions Paul threw at him, and when it got to the topic of Paul’s career trajectory, The Maverick didn’t shy away.

After Adesanya floated the idea of Logan possibly having a shot in the UFC, acknowledging his strength and capabilities, Logan expressed his vision of becoming a champ across multiple disciplines.

This isn’t the first time Logan has expressed similar thoughts, but he’s also said he’s starting to think that his dream is less likely to happen.

Either way, the reality is that Logan does have a good shot of at least winning a WWE Championship. Before Seth Rollins, the man who defeated him at WrestleMania 39, became the World Heavyweight Champion, Logan made it known that he’d love to have a shot at it. Many even expected Logan to throw his name into the contender’s list after signing a new contract with the WWE but that obviously didn’t happen. However, now that he’s preparing for his WWE return, the WWE would be smart to capitalize on Logan’s surging popularity.

Logan Paul’s new contract with the WWE will be at least for another year but it’s been over two months since fans last saw him inside the squared circle.

The only problem is his pursuit of gold in boxing and in the UFC. Although he’s open to chasing a championship in a lower-tier division, his UFC Championship ambitions have an Adesanya-sized roadblock.

Provided that the WWE does give him a chance to be a champion (even a mid-card belt like the Intercontinental or United States belt would probably qualify), Logan would still have to split his time with multiple disciplines that are completely different from each other. As athletically gifted as Logan is, we don’t see him matching up well and winning against world-class athletes, especially in the UFC.

Of course, at the end of the day, Logan never let the odds stop him from trying. He’s currently on track to return to boxing later this year with an MMA fight potentially on the table.

While Logan is aware that his ambitious goals are improbable, he’s not quite ready to give up just yet.

Logan Paul has improved a lot ever since he first appeared in the WWE and he’s proven that he’s willing to get even better.

Regardless of whether Logan Paul will realize his dreams or not, one thing guaranteed is it’s going to be quite the ride.
