For fans of the Persona franchise, the recent announcement of Persona 3 Reload at the Xbox Games Showcase was a joyous moment. Atlus, the game's developer, unveiled the revamped version of the beloved title, promising updated graphics and enhanced gameplay as well as a deeper voice-acting experience. Unfortunately, this joy has been tainted for a significant number of players, specifically those on the Nintendo Switch platform.

The news of Persona 3 Reload not being available on the second-best-selling console of all time has stirred up frustration in the community. This disheartening revelation was first brought to light by a notable leaker who, despite initially discovering and disclosing the game's existence, confirmed the unfortunate reality after reaching out to Atlus.

Atlus's response was clear: there was no publishing deal for a Switch version of Persona 3 Reload, implying that a Switch version isn't coming, at least not at launch. While it's conceivable that a Switch version could happen in the future, there's currently no plan in place.

At the very least, it's perplexing why Persona 3 Reload will not be available for the console, at least for now.
