Oscar Issac and Ethan Hawke are set to star opposite each other in the upcoming MCU series, Moon Knight, as the titular protagonist and an unnamed antagonist, respectively. After being announced back in 2019 at D23, fans finally got a chance to see Oscar Isaac's Moon Knight in action with the latest teaser trailer.
Hulu dropped a teaser trailer for Moon Knight showcasing Marc Spector in normal attire as well as a glimpse at his Moon Knight suit. The teaser ends with a peek at how Marc will put on the suit with a few seconds worth of footage of Ethan Hawke, who tells the show's protagonist that there's chaos inside of him.
Moon Knight is one of the most highly anticipated shows expected to launch on Disney+ this year. As we've already mentioned, Oscar Isaac will star as Marc Spector, also known as Moon Knight. As his comic book origin story goes, childhood trauma led to Spector developing dissociative identity disorder. Spector would later enlist as a marine before turning to life as a mercenary. However, after one fateful day, Spector believes that he was saved by the Egyptian moon god Khonshu. Spector later becomes a conduit for his powers, transforming him into the mentally unstable anti-hero, Moon Knight.
Unfortunately, Disney+ has done a magnificent job keeping details about Moon Knight under wraps.
