Baldur's Gate 3, one of last year's best games and all-timer who arguably raised the bar for RPGs, isn't perfect and its developers, Larian Studios, are well aware of this. The studio is hard at work supporting the critically acclaimed game ever since it was first launched on PC last year.

An example of an issue that even the seemingly infallible D&D game is suffering from is the recent wave of Xbox-exclusive bans.

Primarily affecting Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X users, this concerning problem sees players getting suspended or banned from the platform for recording and/or uploading screenshots or videos containing nudity or sexual content from the game. This is particularly problematic for Baldur's Gate 3, which includes several nudity-filled scenes.

The problem came to light through a post on the r/BaldursGate3 subreddit by user Daddy-Vegas, who warned Xbox users against recording game clips that could be deemed to violate Xbox's terms of service. The user shared an image of a one-year ban on their Xbox account, which was a result of uploading game clips of "naked camp time fun." The incident raised questions about the automatic upload feature on Xbox, which by default, shares footage to its servers unless manually turned off.
