Kumail Nanjiani has been busy with work ever since he starred in Chloe Zhao's MCU movie Eternals, but he's still excited about the possibility of coming back to the MCU if the Eternals sequel gets the green light.

Nanjiani expressed his desire to portray Kingo once more in a recent interview with Total Film, saying:

Yeah! I mean, listen, I have plans today. I don't know if they have plans. I would love to come back. But I'm sort of waiting to hear when or if that's going to happen. I'm hoping I get to do more. I had a great time playing that character. It'd be a shame if he's a sort of one-and-done. But, you know, the decision's not mine to make.

Marvel Studios hasn't officially announced a sequel for Eternals, despite the fact that his character was the subject of multiple Easter eggs on the most recent Guardians Of The Galaxy Holiday Special. It's quite likely that Nanjiani's return as Kingo won't be in an Eternals sequel since Eternals was not well received by critics and audiences.
