Controversial YouTuber and internet personality, Logan Paul, found himself cheered for by the WrestleMania 37 crowd in the worst way possible, after Kevin Owens put him down on the canvas with a stunner.

Logan Paul's WWE Debut Goes Horribly Wrong

The former YouTube star, who has since set his eyes on the squared circle with a 0-1 record, made his WWE debut at WrestleMania 37 amidst a sea of boos. The Canadian professional wrestler, Sami Zayn, invited Paul to join him ringside at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida. Zayn was scheduled to square up against his longtime rival, Kevin Owens.

However, what initially started with an ecstatic entrance later quickly turned sour as Paul went up to the ring following Zayn's loss. A minor dispute would ensue that led to Paul pushing Zayn off the stage before he went on to raise the hand of the former universal champion. But, Paul's earlier treatment of Zayn apparently didn't sit so well with Owens. He'd then go on to leave Paul lying face-first on the canvas with a move popularized by Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Ironically, this was the only time that fans actually cheered when Paul was on the ring.

Perhaps the blame goes on The Maverick though. He should have known better. WWE veteran Kevin Owens doesn't exactly have a stellar reputation when sharing a ring with famous personalities. Case in point, just a little over five years ago, Owens attacked the rapper, Machine Gun Kelly, during an episode of WWE RAW.
