The Usos help Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn with defense at Night of Champions

It didn't take long for the match to get going with Sikoa using his strength to basically manhandle Zayn. However, the more robust Owens stepped in to balance things out. A thrilling exchange of punches, powerbombs, and frog splashes followed, leaving audiences on the edge of their seats. But, in the middle of the match, Reigns accidentally speared the referee, and this is where all hell broke loose.

With no officiant in sight, The Usos, Jey and Jimmy, took the initiative to attack Zayn and Owens. A wild frenzy of kicks and shoves soon followed, which eventually led to an accidental hit on Sikoa and a confrontation between the two brothers as well as Reigns.

Jimmy, usually the peacekeeper, has had enough of Reigns, delivering a superkick to The Tribal Chief, signaling a major shift in allegiance.

With Reigns and Sikoa out cold, Owens and Zayn took advantage of the disarray, delivering a stunning combination of their ultimate moves to claim the victory.

The story of the Bloodline has dominated the WWE for a long time and we might not see a conclusion just yet. But, this is a story. Jey isn't getting a shot anytime soon and Sikoa won't betray Reigns just like that. At least, not until there's more build up. After the Night of Champions, the next PPV where this will all boil over is on July 1, the Money in the Bank, where we'll likely see a tag team match between The Usos and Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns.

After building up the arcs of Sami and Jey, fans are now rooting for Jimmy with Solo expected to get his own arc next.

However, while this is the "expected" order of things, when and how the events will happen is anything but by the books. We've had one major swerve after another, which is exactly what makes the Bloodline storyline so captivating.

Ultimately, the Night of Champions delivered from start to finish. Rollins and Styles gave audiences quite the opener with the closing bout sending everyone home looking forward to seeing what's next.

The Night of Champions was sports entertainment at its finest and we can't wait to find out what else the WWE has in store.
