Harrison Ford is a Hollywood legend. His screen presence and talent have landed him many iconic roles across several of the industry's biggest franchises, including Star Wars and Indiana Jones, just to name a few. If it were possible, many people would have him young forever, but it's not. The truth is, Father Time is unbeaten, even for Ford. As he turns 81 years old next month, many are expecting him to dial back on his acting career, especially after he mentioned that he plans to retire. However, as it turns out, the actor isn't retiring from acting altogether - just from the Indiana Jones role.
Ford shared this tidbit during a recent appearance on CNN's Who is Talking to Chris Wallace? When the conversation rolled around to his retirement, he laughed and clarified he was only retiring from the Indiana Jones franchise and not acting as a whole.
He said, "I don't do well when I don't have work. I love to work. I love to feel useful. It's my jones. I want to continue being involved."
