Invincible fans had an absolute blast at the now-concluded San Diego Comic-Con! The Image Comics book was celebrating its 20th anniversary since it began publication, and fans were treated to plenty of surprises about upcoming content, including two brand-new games that are currently in development.

, a free-to-play idle squad RPG, was the first game to be revealed. A collaboration with Skybound Entertainment, the upcoming game will be set in the Invincible universe, offering a new storyline not seen in the comics or Amazon Prime Video series.

Available for iOS and Android, Invincible: Guarding the Globe will feature well-known characters like Omni-Man, Invincible, and Atom Eve. This seems to be following the same formula that has worked out well for other licensed mobile games, offering a non-canon way to collect and interact with known characters from the franchise.

Similar to The Walking Dead franchise, Robert Kirkman, the creator of the Invincible Prime Video animated series and co-founder of Skybound Entertainment, has big plans to expand the Invincible universe. To achieve this, Skybound Games is currently working on the second Invincible game, titled Invincible Presents: Atom Eve.
