On Top of the World is one of the most difficult missions in Dubai. It’s mostly because the target, Carl Ingram, is a very paranoid man who’s laying low, and has enough money to make Agent 47’s life incredibly difficult – his penthouse is only accessible by guards, cleaning staff, and his security detail.
Nothing is too difficult for Agent 47, though. There are a couple of ways to kill the guy; the Pick Your Poison Challenge dictates that you have to take him out by poisoning his dinner. The best part? Completing the Pick Your Poison Challenge also lets you complete the Tasteless, Traceless objective that asks you to kill someone with a lethal poison. You get double the XP for half the work! Finding the Poison The first step in getting poison into Carl Ingram’s food is to find the poison. The lethal poison that you need to complete this challenge is in the pocket of a particular NPC that’s actually another assassin. You can find this guy in the Garden area on the east side of Level 1. He’s hard to miss – he’s wearing a black suit with a bright green dress shirt underneath. You’ll watch him speak with security for a minute before he sits down on a bench to wait.
You have to kill this NPC to obtain the poison – the best way to do this is by luring him into the tall grass by using a stereo on the wall. Conceal his body in the grass – he’ll drop the poison when he falls. Grab it and move on to the next step – you’re going to need to use his clothes to get to the upper floors. Getting into the Penthouse The next step is getting into Carl Ingram’s penthouse. Climb up to the roof, where you’ll find a helicopter pilot and a pair of guards. Just to be safe, kill them all. If you’re gunning for extra Feats, slip into the pilot’s disguise for a moment before changing into the Penthouse Guard uniform. Head inside, and you should be able to just stroll up the stairs and into the Penthouse.
