At the time, the game, which is being developed by Eidos-Montréal, was confirmed to be available on all modern platforms except for the Nintendo Switch. However, just two days later, Nintendo has confirmed that Guardians of the Galaxy will be available on its own hybrid console platform at the launch date on October 26.
Nintendo didn't exactly make it clear how Guardians of the Galaxy will be available on the Nintendo Switch. Many believe that it could be via cloud streaming, as is the case with Remedy Entertainment's Control. Not that we don't think that the Nintendo Switch couldn't play Guardians of the Galaxy without a bit of tweaking.
